We manufacture UHMWPE sheets of different sizes, colours and thickness. We have state of art hydraulic presses as per international standards. We manufacture longest UHMW PE sheet in Asia – 8 Meter Length.

We manufacture UHMW PE sheet of different molecular weight ranging from 4.0 Million to 9.2 Million. The colour code has been given to identify the quality of UHMW PE sheet. The Polytron UHMW PE sheet can also be made in desired colour prescribed by customer.

The properties of UHMW PE sheet on the right have made it a very economical and better alternative to Stainless Steel and other metals.

Reprocessed UHMW PE Sheet We also manufacture reprocessed UHMWPE sheets. These sheets are made of 100% virgin UHMWPE residuals. The chips and cuts, generated through machining of Virgin material is re-grinded in-house in the form of fine powder in house and moulded back in the form of Black Reprocessed POLYTRON UHMWPE sheets.
