The pressure pads, made of Polytron UHMWPE, sustain the impact and do not wear despite the continuous flow of sheet on it. These pads avoid the metal to metal contact and do not allow generating any static charge. Extremely low coefficient of friction of POLYTRON UHMWPE pads, increase the life and eliminates the need of frequent replacement.

Pressure pad is such a critical component that it will work only if UHMWPE sheet is made of best raw material and under the strict standard production parameter. In other words, it is the challenging application for UHMWPE manufacturer and is a test of exploiting the quality of UHMWPE
